UAE Land Forces, plans to buy 8x8 amphibious vehiclesnote

The command of the UAE military forces in Yemen is said to have prepared a project to buy 8x8 amphibious military vehicles in favor of the Emirati military forces stationed on Socotra Island in the Gulf of Aden and Mayyun Island in the Red Sea.
