Saudi Deputy Chief of Staff of the Saudi Armed Forces Lt-General Fayyadh Al-Ruwaili met with Russia’s Deputy Defence Minister Lt-General Alexander Fomin on the sidelines of the VI Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS) which was held last week in Moscow.
