Iraq: Al-Hayali, interest in Aravis and Sherpa Lightnote

Iraqi Defence Minister Major-General Erfan Al-Hayali is said to be showing interest in the French-made 4x4 Aravis and Sherpa Light vehicles rather than in the VAB 4x4 vehicles. This comes amid talk that France is offering to reinforce the counter-terrorism capabilities of the Iraqi Army.
