Saudi King Salman is said to have decided to put the file of the relations with the incoming US Administration of President-elect Donald Trump in the hands of his son Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad, who also acts as Defence Minister and Head of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA).
