Iraq: Abadi, Hollande and urgent military needsnote

Iraqi PM Haider Al-Abadi held talks with French President François Hollande on 2/1/17 in Baghdad in the presence of French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian. PM Al-Abadi is said to have presented to President Hollande a list of urgent needs for the Iraqi Land Forces (ILF) to win the battle of Ninevah (Mosul) and retake the province from Daesh.
