Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, in his quality as Head of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA), is said to be in disagreement with Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz, in his quality as Interior Minister, over who should have control over the financial affairs of the provinces in the light of the fiscal budget 2017.
