Kuwait: Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled, priorities and Gowind corvettenote

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad formed on 10/12/16 a new Cabinet in the country in which Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled took over the Defence Ministry in place of Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah who became Interior Minister. He is said to be giving priority to the Kuwaiti Navy development plans.
