Saudi RSNF, reactivation of LCS dealnote

There is talk about the possibility of reactivating the US-Saudi talks over a deal for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) in favor of the Eastern Fleet of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). The Pentagon seems to have intention to conclude it before the Obama Administration leaves office.
