Qatar Navy, plans to buy a fast support shipnote

Qatari Minister of State for Defence Affairs Khaled Al-Atiyyah has reportedly prepared a preliminary proposal for a special fast support programme concerning the Qatari Navy. The programme is said to be suggesting the possibility of buying a fast support ship.
