Saudi RSNF: Gulf Shield 1, Aviation and Marines capabilitiesnote

The Gulf Shield 1 military exercise which the Eastern Fleet of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) held earlier this month in the Gulf waters, the Sea of Oman and the Strait of Hormuz, was the best in comparison with previous naval exercises.
