UAE: Sheikh Mohammad, Le Drian and Rafale issuenote

French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian is said to be planning to visit the UAE soon to meet with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This comes following information suggesting that the joint Emirati-French air force training was dissolved by a decision from the Emirati side.
