Qatar: Emir Tamim, F-15 and Eurofighter Typhoonnote

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani is said to have held meetings in the past two weeks to discuss some issues concerning the offers presented by the Americans and the British side for fighter jets, respectively the F-15 aircraft and the Eurofighter Typhoon. The two meetings were attended notably by Minister of State for Defence Affairs Khaled Al-Atiyyah and Adviser to the Emir for Military Affairs Lt-General Hamad Bin Ali Al-Atiyyah.
