Kuwait Land Forces, possible purchase of BTR-3E1 8x8 from Ukrainenote

Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces Lt-General Mohammad Khaled Al-Khodr paid last week a visit to Ukraine at the invitation of his Ukrainian counterpart General Viktor Muzhenko. His visit is said to have discussed the possibility of Kuwait buying advanced 8x8 wheeled armored personnel carriers (APCs) of type BTR-3E1 in favor of the Kuwaiti Land Forces (KLF).
