Qatar: Lt-General Al-Atiyyah, role reactivatednote

It has recently been noticed that the role of Adviser to Emir of Qatar for Military Affairs Lt-General Hamad Bin Ali Al-Atiyyah has been reactivated. He is seen to be taking part in a lot of activities. These activities do not have to do with armament issues only, but also with the Qatari military participation in the war in Yemen.
