Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz is still on vacation in Tangier in Morocco. Before leaving the Kingdom, he delegated Crown Prince and Interior Minister Mohammad Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz to act as his Deputy during his absence. However, King Salman is now said to have not authorized him to take any military decisions during his vacation abroad.
