Saudi RSNF, France and submarine dealnote

Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, who also acts as Defence Minister, is said to have agreed to reactivate a project to buy submarines in favor of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).
