Qatari Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major-General Hamad Bin Ali Al-Atiyyah held a meeting earlier this month in Doha with two French officials: Adviser to French President for Middle East and North Africa David Cvach and Diplomatic Adviser to French Defence Minister Luis Vassy.
