Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Admiral Abdullah Al-Sultan paid a visit last month to China during which he met with his Chinese counterpart Admiral Wu Shengli and with Commander of the South China Sea Fleet Rear-Admiral Shen Jinlong.
