Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, who also acts as Defence Minister, is said to have agreed at the end of his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on 18/6/15 on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2015 to reactivate the arms talks with Russia on a new arms deal.
