Algeria: Bouteflika, Hollande, counter-terrorism and MRAPsnote

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika is said to have talked to his French counterpart François Hollande during their meeting on 15/6/15 in Algiers, about cooperation on a project to set up new military counter-terrorism regiments.
