Iraq: PM Abadi and UAV procurement projectnote

Iraqi PM Haider Al-Abadi is said to have carried with him to Washington a project to buy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) within the context of plan to set up a permanent air surveillance network entitled the “Flying Eagle”.
