Saudi Arabia, Spain, F-104 frigate, BAM OPV and S-80 submarinenote

Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Admiral Abdullah Al-Sultan paid a visit last week to Spain, during which he held meetings with commanders of the Spanish Navy as well as with executives of Navantia.
