Oman: Admiral Al-Raisi, RNO and project to buy landing craftsnote

Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) Admiral Abdullah Bin Khamis Al-Raisi is said to have recently met with Omani Minister for Defence Affairs Badr Bin Saud Bin Harib Al-Busaidi and Minister of the Omani Royal Office General Sultan Bin Mohammad Al-Numani on a project to buy landing crafts for the RNO amphibious assault units.
