Oman, Britain and arms deals

Chief of Staff of Sultan of Oman’s Armed Forces (SOAF) General Ahmad Bin Harith Al-Nabhani held last week (6/4/20) a telephone conversation with Senior Adviser to the British Ministry of Defense for Middle East Affairs Lt-General John Lorimer.

The conversation is said to have revolved around armament relations between both countries as well as on efforts to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

Were there any particular issues to discuss?

Are arms deals between both countries set to continue or to be put on hold?
