Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of the One Ocean Summit in the French port city of Brest on Friday (11/2/2022).
The meeting followed up on several issues regarding strategic bilateral relations, and issues related to recent events in North Africa, East Med, as well as the UN Climate Change Conference 2022 (UNFCCC COP 27), which will be held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt next November.
Discussions are said to have greatly revolved around the Libyan crisis.
