Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Al-Saud met on Monday (17/1/22) with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Ambassador Molly Phee and Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Ambassador David Satterfield.
The meeting is said to have shown major Saudi concerns and interests in the Horn of Africa.
This comes as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Turkey are competing to expand their spheres of influence there.
