A team of experts from the Saudi and Russian energy ministries is said to have submitted a set of proposals to Saudi Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz and his Russian counterpart Alexander Novak on how to strengthen the protection of Saudi oil facilities.
This comes following reports suggesting that contacts are ongoing between Saudi Arabia and Russia on joint cooperation to protect Saudi Aramco’s strategic facilities.
