Saudi Arabia, China and air defense trainingnote

Head of the Saudi Air Defense Forces Institute (ADFI) Major General Abdullah Bin Hassan Al-Rubaa welcomed earlier this month (8/4/21) Chinese Ambassador to Riyadh Chen Weiqing at the ADFI.

There is talk that Weiqing’s visit to the ADFI came in light of efforts by the Saudi Ministry of Defense to cooperate with China to provide training for Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) cadres on Chinese-made systems.
