With the increasing reliance on information and communication technologies, governments and institutions are finding themselves exposed to cyber risks, threats, and attacks. With that said, Kuwait has implemented initiatives to preserve its key national infrastructure and data, in addition to establishing cybersecurity policies and guidelines to protect against any potential cyber risks.
The "National Cybersecurity Strategy (NCS) of the State of Kuwait" was established as a response from the Kuwaiti government in response to the increasing and circulating cyber threats.
