Qatar: Major-General Al-Ghanim, new Chief of Staffnote

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday (27/6/13) an Amiri decree by which he appointed Staff Air Major-General Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim as new Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces in place of Major-General Hamad Bin Ali Al-Atiyyah, now Minister of State for Defence Affairs.
