The Qatari Minister of State for Defense Affairs Khaled Al-Attiyah and the German Federal Minister of Defense Boris Pistorius are reported to be in talks concerning a German request to divert Qatari Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns to Ukraine.
Pistorius is said to have pitched some offers in return.
