The Egyptian Ministry of Military Production (MoMP) is reported to be in talks with India’s Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) for a transfer of technology (TOT) and local production agreements of the Pralay short-range ballistic missile (SRBM).
The Pralay is based on Russian 9K720 Iskander missile technology.
