It was previously reported that the command of Kuwait Military Forces is in talks with the Turkish defense companies Otokar and Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKEK in Turkish) for license and joint production agreements regarding various military equipment.
The command is said to be also in talks with Roketsan for a transfer of technology (ToT) and local production agreements concerning several types of missiles.
The talks with Otokar, MKEK, and Roketsan are reported to be part of the same package for a mega deal between Kuwait and Turkey.
