The Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) announced on 9/8/2022 the launch of the “CyberIC” program for the development of the cybersecurity sector.
The NCA is reported to have been instructed to support the leading actors in the Saudi cybersecurity market and assist them in localizing cybersecurity technology.
Concurrently, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz is said to have asked the NCA to support the SNC ICT company, which is considered the best Saudi entity for foreign cyber companies to approach the Kingdom for new contracts.
