U.S. President Joe Biden paid a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia on Friday (15/7/2022), where he met with Saudi King Salman and his son Crown Prince Mohammad.
On the sidelines of this visit, a meeting took place between high-level U.S. and Saudi officials.
The meeting is reported to have revolved around enhancing communication between the two countries’ decision-making institutions, particularly the reactivation of the direct line that was in place between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad and former U.S. President Donald Trump.
