Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz is said to be urging both Saudi Aramco and the Ministry of Energy to accelerate plans to install increasing volumes of utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) capacity throughout the kingdom.
He is also emphasizing that Saudi Arabia’s potential green hydrogen (H2) production capacity is only restrained by the amount of clean energy the country can generate.
However, he is not pleased with the present rate by which solar PV capacity is being installed.
Tactical Report has prepared a 352-word report to shed more light on his plans to increase the rate of production.
