The Libyan Minister of Oil and Gas Mohamed Oun is reportedly standing with the existing PM Abdulhamid Dbeibeh till the very end. He will not resign nor leave his position.
Before the incoming PM Fathi Bashagha-Dbeibeh clash, Oun was planning on allocating $1.8 billion to enhance the development of Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC).
Dbeibeh will not allow such funds to be transferred to the NOC before June 2022.
Tactical Report has prepared a 320-word report to shed more light on Oun’s intentions.
