Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and World Cup securitynote

Qatari Emir Tamim received last Monday (6/9/21) Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz at the Emiri Diwan in Doha.

Earlier (5/9/21), Prince Abdulaziz visited Qatar’s National Command Center (NCC), where he was briefed on the NCC's tasks and work mechanisms.

Emir Tamim and Prince Abdulaziz are said to have discussed comprehensive cooperation and coordination between the Qatari and Saudi interior ministries throughout the duration of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
