Aides close to the Amiri Diwan of Kuwait are said to have claimed that Emir Nawaf’s trip to Germany is a routine visit, and that no concerns should be raised about his health condition.

However, there is talk that Emir Nawaf was not scheduled to visit Germany this month, and that he will undergo medical tests there.
