Oman Coast Guard, plans to buy EO/IR systemsnote

The Omani Ministry of Interior is said to be seeking to strengthen its coastal surveillance capabilities near a number of ports overlooking the Arabian Sea.

In this regard, there is talk that Oman is looking to provide the Royal Oman Police Coast Guard (ROPCG) with Electro-Optical Infra-Red (EO/IR) systems, which had previously been offered by several international companies.
