Qatar, Britain and offers for radars and EW systemsnote

Qatari Minister of State for Defense Affairs Khaled Al-Attiyah and Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lt-General Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim met separately last Monday (14/6/21) with Defense Senior Adviser to the Middle East at the British Ministry of Defense Air Marshal Martin Sampson, who was on a visit to Qatar.

Air Marshal Sampson is said to have followed up with Minister Al-Attiyah and Lt-General Al-Ghanim on previous British offers for radars and electronic warfare (EW) systems.
