Oman: Plans to establish drone industrynote

Despite the ongoing financial crisis in Oman, the vision of Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Sayyid Shihab Bin Tariq on how to strengthen the Sultanate’s defense capabilities is gradually being revealed.

In this regard, Sayyid Shihab is said to be looking to lay the foundations for the establishment of advanced military industries in Oman, which would include the production of drones.
