Saudi Arabia: Reactivation of relations with France?note

Saudi Ambassador to Paris Fahd Al-Ruwaili was promoted earlier this month (13/4/21) to ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.

Al-Ruwaili’s promotion is said to have come concurrently with information suggesting that the Saudi-French relations will witness a significant transformation in the coming months at the political, military and commercial levels.
