Egypt, France and arms deals aheadnote

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in France last Sunday (6/12/20) for a three-day visit, during which he met with French President Emmanuel Marcon (7/12/20).

Egypt and France are said to be planning to expand their military cooperation in several fields and conclude a major arms deal in favor of the Egyptian Navy and Air Force.
