Kuwaiti Defense Minister Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah is said to be going ahead with a project to purchase counter-drone systems and to have approved a list of the companies that will be contacted for this purpose.
This comes after an unidentified drone was spotted flying over the Kuwaiti capital on Saturday (14/9/2019), shortly before the attacks that targeted Saudi Aramco oil facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais.
The drone incident caused the Kuwaiti government to beef up security in and around vital facilities in the country.
Tactical Report has prepared a 278-word report to shed more light on the subject and tell what about the list of companies.
