Commander of Qatar
Navy Major-General Abdullah Bin Hasan Al-Sulaiti met with his Russian
counterpart Admiral Vladimir Korolev on 16/7/19 in Moscow during his visit to
Russia last week.
The meeting took
place on the sidelines of a maritime exhibition in Saint Petersburg.
Major-General
Al-Sulaiti and Admiral Korolev are said to have talked about the possibility of
the Qatar Navy acquiring anti-ship missile systems from Russia.
