Iran: Khamenei says no negotiations under US sanctionsnote

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is said to be rejecting any kind of negotiations under US sanctions.

This comes on the eve of a three-day visit by Japanese PM Shinzo Abe to Tehran during which he is expected to meet with Khamenei and President Hasan Rouhani.
