Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is said to have agreed with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz to finance arms deals in favor of the Sudanese Army, including a deal for helicopters.
