Saudi King Salman held a closed meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on 5/3/19 in Riyadh in the presence of Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov who also acts as Special Representative to Russian President for the Middle East and Africa.
The meeting is said to have focused on Bogdanov’s statement about an alleged American disapproval of the transition of power in Saudi Arabia.
