Kuwait: Sheikh Nasser's absence puts naval deals on holdnote

Kuwaiti Defence Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Sabah is still abroad getting rest and treatment from a surgery he underwent a few months ago in Germany to remove a tumor from his lungs. However, his absence abroad is said to have caused a temporary suspension of the contacts with shipbuilding companies over naval deals.
